She engages each new client with compassion and kindness as she works to understand your unique strengths, needs, and goals. Alia will pair you with the right counsellor to best meet your goals, and help you connect with additional services when needed. With a background in social service work, Alia is passionate about supporting families from a wholistic perspective. Alia is looking forward to speaking with you and helping you on your family's journey to wellness. Meghan Pistchik MSW, RSW

Meghan became and child and family counsellor to create a space for children to feel heard. She is passionate about children's mental health and wholeheartedly believes that with early intervention we can create lasting change in a child's life. One of the most important factors in children's mental wellbeing is connection. Meghan strives to build connection within her work with children, and to work with families to strengthen children's connections within their most important relationships. Meghan meets each child and family with openness and compassion. She looks forward to working with you to support your child's emotional wellbeing.

Allyson's passion for working with children and adolescents began early in her career. Allyson strives to provide guidance, encouragement and compassion to children, teens, and families. Allyson is especially passionate about providing support through the pre-teen and teenage years. She creates a safe and open space for adolescents to feel heard, understood, and validated. Allyson strives to support youth to grow in their emotional wellbeing and become more confident within themselves. Through fostering resilience and self-esteem, Allyson helps her clients build the tools they need to navigate life's most difficult challenges.

Amélie is a compassionate and dedicated child and family counsellor whose background in psychology and social work grounds her practice in the interconnectedness of mind and body, as well as the power of community. Amélie fosters a safe and nurturing environment where children and families can come as they are and explore their emotions, develop coping strategies, and strengthen their relationships. Amélie emphasizes the importance of building resilience, fostering self-awareness, and promoting holistic well-being for long-term growth and healing. With a careful consideration for the uniqueness of each individual and family, Amélie honours the values, beliefs and cultural context of her clients to ensure they feel safe and seen. Amélie offers her services in both English and French.

Gabriella takes a holistic approach to working with children, youth and families which encompasses the biological, emotional, and environmental factors that impact children. Meeting each child, youth and family with individualized care, Gabriella promotes resilience and safety when working through challenging feelings and life experiences. Gabriella strongly believes that there is no feeling too small to be explored with children.
